Studio Ghidini, Girino & Associati is a legal boutique established since 1992 by Gustavo Ghidini. In 2001 the firm incorporated the name of his disciple and professional partner, Emilio Girino. Since 2003 the partnership has been extended to Franco Estrangeros and Marco Mergati. The Firm has developed its business along two main lines: on the one hand the I.P. area, which covers themes relating to intellectual property, competition and the antitrust discipline; on the other hand, the commercial-corporate and banking-finance areas, including compliance and financial derivatives. The Firm headquarters are located in Milan (Italy). In May 2015 the new Rome subsidiary has been opened. The Firm operates also in Paris (France) in alliance with Cabinet Bensussan - Berenthal.
