Experientia is an international experience design consultancy helping companies and organisations to innovate their products, services and processes by putting people and their experiences first. Experientia is owned and managed by three partners, Mark Vanderbeeken, Michele Visciola and Jan-Christoph Zoels - who each have between fifteen and twenty years of international professional experience. Experientia team further consists of experts in experience modelling, design, technology and usability, with particular expertise in behavioral economics, anthropology, sociology, cognitive psychology, information architecture, interaction design, industrial design, and computer science. Experientia is based in Lausanne, Singapore and Turin.
