Talent A lot of the time, you can find our talent experts establishing and building talent acquisition functions, and helping early stage companies to find and hire the right people at the right time, in the right role. People Development Our People Development arm of the business focuses on designing people products that drive high performance and engagement as businesses scale. In practice, this could be establishing (or refreshing!) things like your performance approach, company values, onboarding, or leadership development. We differ from the traditional agency model, focused on an embedded partnership approach. We become part of a company's team as we join them in-house on their growth journey: fulfilling hires, building talent infrastructure, mapping out engagement and performance strategies, whilst focusing on preserving and scaling culture.
