Crouser & Associates, Inc. is a firm of business consultants, trainers and coaches for companies with 3 to 20 employees throughout the US and Canada. The company was founded in 1985 and has worked with hundreds of companies, especially within the printing industry. Essentially we work with privately held businesses in the areas of budgeting/finance, organization, business to business sales and transition as well as working on issues of family involvement in ownerhship or operation of the business.
