The Village Early Childhood Education Center is a non-profit organization based at 408 Liberty Street, California, Pennsylvania, United States. Childcare and education are provided from infants to kindergarten on a non-discriminatory basis. Scholarships are provided for children of single parents who are full-time students (secondary, post secondary, trade school, etc.). Preschool and Pre-K scholarships are also available for qualified families.
