We are an organisation supporting women who train in combat sports with the aim to help them optimise their training by sharing expert advice. We do this through social media and website content, events and a podcast. We have a strong supportive community and are growing organically through social engagement. All our work aims to bring positive change for women in combat sports, fighting for equality in research, on screen and in prizes. We challenge prejudice and champion what's driving our progress.
