Real Estate Donations, USA (RED), is a 501c3 non profit (15 years) specializing in real estate donations and IRS Section 170 Bargain Sales. RED accepts most types of real estate in exchange for a tax deduction equal to fair market value. We purchase distressed real estate all over the country including retail plazas, office buildings, and some vacant land. Give us a call and we are happy to check it out and see what we can do!
