Site Labour Supplies was established in mid 2013 by two highly experienced and focused individuals Lee Parsons and Wayne Hodgson who identified a change in the construction market and a need for a specialist labour provider. Lee Parsons has many years’ experience working within the Construction Recruitment Sector in additional to a number of high profile sales roles. Wayne Hodgson is also the founder and previous owner of Red Eagle Ltd a successful recruitment agency that supplies temporary labour to the industrial, transport and commercial sectors. They both saw a niche in the market for a more personal and honest recruitment service to benefit both clients and candidates. They reassessed the methods and service levels offered by other organisations and felt that, given their knowledge of both the local area and the construction sector, they could offer a fresh approach to the construction recruitment market. Our offices are open between 9.00am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday and we also offer a genuine 24 hour out of hours response service which enables the highest levels of customer service at all times.
