OUR MISSION At Community Cleaning and Maintenance, our mission is to offer a variety of services to assist commercial and multi-family property managers, condominium associations, homeowner associations and individual property owners. By taking a very proactive approach in our operations, we can ensure that our client is satisfied. Our goal is to improve the overall appearance of each property while also providing the most efficient maintenance possible for our clients. OUR HISTORY Community Cleaning and Maintenance was formed to provide professional janitorial and maintenance services to properties in the Central and Northern Alabama area. We have continuously been serving the Birmingham market since 1975, and have established relationships within the labor market and have provided training, supervision and service management of buildings and projects throughout the metropolitan area.
