Attorney - bankruptcy and collaborative family law practice. I have practiced consumer bankruptcy law since 1996. Prior to graduating from the SMU School of Law, I was a CPA for several Fortune 500 Companies. I am currently a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA) and licensed to practice in the Northern and Eastern District Federal Courts. I also represent the Chapter 13 Trustee in the Eastern District of Texas in business bankruptcy cases. Not all attorneys are competent to represent clients in both districts - we are! I am married and the father of three wonderful girls. My off hours are taken up with youth basketball, reading, and spending time with my family. As a married father, I understand that life doesn't always throw us nice soft lobs across the plate.
