Since we began in 1999, Gaia Leadership has met and helped thousands of top and first-line managers in both trade and industry and the public sector to develop. We have customers both in Sweden and other countries, mainly in Europe, North America and Asia. Our customers are generally looking for a far-reaching programme for all or part of their organisation but we also support individual leaders and help them to develop. Our assignments involve both communicative leadership, development of management teams, strategy, structural issues, and coaching. We help our customers with both inner and outer growth.
