We are a new type of computer company. Human Slate is an import and trading company founded by longtime friends and lifetime gadget addicts. Our bootstrap organization sells mobile lifestyle products that stimulate early adopters as well as provide lifestyle computing products for our increasingly digital world. Our focus are products revolving around Google's Android OS, Microsoft's Window's 7 Mobile and Apple iOS4. Sorry for the cliche but we were indeed founded in Silicon Valley - and yes, literally in a garage (we have since outgrown the garage and are infiltrating the home too). We do not consider ourselves homebrew nor did we start out soldering parts together or sketching schematics but actually designing fashion and running an indie music label (electronic dance music, if you were curious). Our love of technology the lack of significant alternatives forced us to travel this path. We only sell products we would (and do) personally use. We are now spread out to take advantage of two of America's tech hubs, Silicon Valley and Seattle.
