Zeeba is an internationally experienced Ayurvedic Consultant, Meditation Teacher and Nutritionist. She employs Dietary Management, Yoga Therapy and Meditation to help her clients restore Mental, Physical, Emotional and Spiritual Health. She also helps her clients in preventing diseases and disorders. Zeeba is trained and certified in the Ayurveda Sciences at Union Yoga Ayurveda, affiliated with Atreya Ayurvedic Medical College and the Indian Institute of Patanjali Yoga, associated with Swami Paramahansa Samsthana, and a registered member of the National Ayurvedic Medical Association, USA. Zeeba has delivered month-long workshops for corporate clients, including some of the world's top banks. She has also delivered Meditation and Yoga workshops at international schools. Prior to engaging herself in the health and wellbeing of others, Zeeba has had an expansive career in Modeling, Acting, Television, Radio, Journalism, University Teaching and Academic Research in Communication.
