After beginning his career with McLean Trucking and Southeastern Freight Lines, Lester Osborn saw a need for a highly responsive and specialized full service commercial & industrial real estate firm. He started Piedmont Properties in Charlotte, NC in 1993 with a vision to provide quality, client-oriented real estate services to both local and worldwide corporations. Lester’s previous experience in the transportation industry gave him a unique perspective to create a firm that would truly understand each clients’ real estate needs. In 1999, Piedmont Properties joined CORFAC International, a network of highly reputable and locally owned commercial real estate firms across the globe. While Piedmont was building a strong reputation in the Charlotte market, it’s national recognition grew, leading to more referrals from firms across the United States. The core of Piedmont Properties is our team, of which the majority of our brokers are native to Charlotte and have actively been a part of the real estate market in this region for many years.
