Both of us have considerable experience as Directors within major entities and have run large multi-discplinary teams of professionals on significant projects. Between us, Paula and Ron have lived and worked in Europe, the Middle East, South East Asia, Australasia, Africa, India and the USA. We offer strategic advisory services over a number of areas, which include: Regulatory advice on fire safety; Community education for fire risk reduction; Organisational development and resource allocation modelling; Organisational risk management; Project organisation and quality control; Project design reviews; Project information management; Investigations, technical problem solving and troubleshooting; Engineering staff mentoring.
