We are a full service Building Design firm with an extensive background in retail design both new, ground up developments and existing, remodeling ones. We have, collectively, done work for some of the larger retail developers in the Houston area including Metro National and the Shears Companies and have also done work with some of the big box stores such as 99c Only. We have also been involved in a wide range of other building types including office shell space, single and multifamily residential, land planning, schools, and even some religious buildings. We are a young group of energetic designers who are eager to ensure that our client’s needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner. We are also poised to meet the changing needs of our clients - we have multiple people available to us who are LEED certified and are trained in REVIT 3D architectural software. Most importantly, however, is that Sun Collective Design Group strives to create lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with successful companies in ways that create a high level of synergy to ensure a projects success.
