Precision Coaching works very much like a professional team set up for Age-Group level athletes. Our athletes have a main coach and point of contact however also have, at their disposal - access to our full suit of team professionals made up of Olympic medallists, coaches, Olympic team physiotherapists, S&C coaches, Ironman coaches and BTF coaches. We specialise in assisting athletes achieve their best performances through optimal training, recovery, education and mental preparation.  Our support network work as a team for our athletes and our combined expertise covers all the facets of multi-sport training to deliver a highly principled coaching plan and subsequent success for our athletes.  Over the years our methods have developed a large group of excellent athletes. Our core values are performance, team spirit and community. We strongly encourage members to support each other with all issues multisport related or otherwise. Alongside our coached athletes we run a competitive developmental triathlon race team. This is a tiered membership system depending on where athletes are based geographically and the level of engagement they seek with coaches and other athletes. The race team is typically comprised of the top 5% World Age Group athletes across all distances.
