I am a former Head of Operations and a Senior Vice President of one of the world's top financial software firms. Since I began coaching in 2014, I have worked with over 60 leaders & managers and 40 teams. I've worked with individuals, teams and groups to help them overcome obstacles to project delivery and operational efficiency. My clients are able to build on their strengths and address their weaknesses to advance in their chosen area. Jan 2020 until Sept 2021 - I worked as a Transformation Coach and Consultant for FSS, a global leader in payment technology with nearly 3000 people. In this capacity, I assisted the COO in preparing his delivery team for success by coaching and mentoring the Heads of Delivery and Account Managers as they navigated the hurdles of processes, workflows, customer management, project, and team reviews. Currently, I coach individuals, teams, and groups attain their maximum potential and sustain beneficial behaviours. My clients make long-term behavioural changes that benefit them greatly in terms of achieving delivery excellence and operational efficiency in their projects. I provide models, tools, and useful practises and suggestions that may bridge the experience gap and broaden perspectives. I've experienced that, individuals who have flourished in their roles had the ability to draw on their exceptional conversational skills that helped them succeed. And the better their conversational abilities, the better their chances of success. Based on that experience, I have developed two training workshops. - Purposeful Teams Through Meaningful Conversations - Purposeful Leadership through Powerful Questions These programmes are excellent for establishing skills that aid in the development of trust & teamwork. They are ideal for those that must work with clients, participate in reviews with teams and stakeholders, and solve challenges that necessitate deeper conversations. I have trained over 300 individuals across these two workshops.
