Fit Inspired Living originated as a fitness and nutrition business starting in 2015 and branched out in 2018 into sponsoring and working with the local disc golf community. With the complications of Covid in 2020 the brick and mortar location was closed and transitioned to a fully online nutrition business. A focus in 2020 was working and sponsoring at local disc golf tournaments in the Triangle Area of NC and Eastern NC. Being an avid disc golfer myself, I continued to look at ways to support the local disc golf community. In 2021 Fit Inspired Living 2.0 with a brand new Disc Golf Pro Shop for all to enjoy.
