As a seventh-generation Colorado native, Adam McKenzie brings to his work a passion for both the place he calls home and the companies that make Colorado great. He is an elementary STEM teacher by day and created ThisJewCanQue to highlight his love of outdoor cooking and grilling in his suburban-Denver backyard. Finding a blend between his "day job" as a teacher and his passion for cooking, Adam focuses intently on helping fellow backyard pitmasters (and those aspiring to do so) gain skills, master techniques and feed their families amazing home-cooked meals.
