We are a small private practice focused on a holistic and systemic approach to mental health and the therapy process. We recognize that individuals don't exist in a vacuum, so we look at their life in a contextual way to help have a well-rounded treatment. We engage in an antiracist stance in therapy and in business, and support those who are marginalized and need to be lifted up in order to make a truly socially just world.
