Our community has been designed with an idea and developed with the heart. 💡 The idea is that of reducing the gender gap in Technology where only 3% of women consider this field as their primary career choice. 💡 The idea is also that of uniting women across the world who share the same interest in UX/UI Design and @webflow Development. We want to follow this niche because we want to encourage worldwide connections and collaborations where people can design and create Webflow websites together. 💜 The heart comes from the constant support we give to each other as well as the knowledge that we share in such a caring way that I personally feel blessed of having started such an amazing movement.
