Our emphasis has been in the rural areas where customers were restricted to dial-up with few if any options.We provide 24/7 system monitoring and technical support during office hours of 9AM-6PM Monday-Friday and after-hours from 6PM to 9PM seven days a week. We have rebuilt our network from end to end four times in order to improve speeds and reduce latency from Zillah to Naches.
