Energy Legal Practice (ELP) is an international, legal practice which mainly specialises in the energy/oil and gas sectors. ELP provides: •legal advice, drafting and negotiating of agreements and support to businesses as they explore for, develop, and produce hydrocarbons as well as alternative sources of fuel and energy; and •assistance to clients as they seek to establish themselves in the energy sector or further develop existing ventures whether alone, in collaboration with others or in multiple jurisdictions.
