We prefer core-plus, value-add and opportunistic investments targeting returns of 10%+ p.a. in hospitality travel/accommodation related themes that benefit from the fast growing global middle-class and associated trends. Our firms have developed prime hotel projects (W-Hotel, Aloft) and luxury residential developments in Madrid and Barcelona, have developed five Go Hotels in the Philippines, and are working on several student housing and mixed use projects in the UK and Germany. We are a highly experienced in-house team with decades of experience in Asia & Europe, working with local project managers, and combine this with a group of experienced advisors and external counsel. We are currently seeking co-investors for our second Europe & Hospitality-focused fund (value-add strategy), a programmatic European hotel investment scheme (core+), UK student accommodation, and our Asian Hospitality Capital platform.
