Not Your Ordinary Chicken We’ve always been a lover of chicken wings, but we were faced with this sad dilemma: there was no particular restaurant to really enjoy them. Everyone’s wings were done in the same way with no variation in flavors. The lack of originality in taste left me yearning for something more. Inspired by this, we came up with this idea for a restaurant which didn’t serve just your ordinary, copycat chicken wings. Oh no! This restaurant would focus on original tastes and flavors that would wake up your taste buds and leave you full and content! With help from a close friend of mine from the USA, we set out on a 6 month project to research different sauce recipes and flavors to come up with perfect choices to complement our chicken dishes. One day we aspire to establish multiple outlets around the world and be globally recognized as a Sri Lankan-born take-away chain. We quickly have become an overnight sensation. We are confident you, too, will enjoy every savory bite.
