Texas Standard Oil LLC is a Midland, TX-based, private, independent energy company focused on acreage acquisition and the horizontal development of unconventional shales in the Permian Basin. The company officially formed in 2015 but much of the management has a long history of working together with successes in east Texas, Louisiana, and offshore in the Gulf of Mexico. The full, multi-disciplinary team of E&P executives brings with it experience from public and private capital companies and considerable time as independent professionals in the industry. The team has additional experience operating in the Eagle Ford, the Barnett, and the STACK in the Anadarko Basin. However, the careers of the team have been primarily focused on the Midland and Delaware Basins in the Permian Basin.
