We at Coaching Systems specialize in the creation, production, marketing, and selling of driver safety training programs. We offer these programs in both classroom and self-instruction online formats. Our Coaching Series programs have seen a lot of success. We have gained acceptance as one of the standards for vehicle-specific training and our programs have been recommended for years by safety and risk management professionals nationwide. The main difference between coaching and teaching is that coaching is a multi-dimensional, cyclical activity that aims to bring out a particular aspect from the subject who is being coached, where teaching is more of a straight line, step-by-step approach consisting mostly of one-way communication. We believe that the coaching method is far more beneficial because it allows individuals to participate in a discussion/open communication environment rather than being lectured to.
