Today, bright students from top universities have to choose between a “do well” career (i.e. the corporate world) and a “do good” career (i.e. the NGO world). We believe that this dual framework is not effective anymore and a new generation of leaders is needed to face the 21st century's most pressing challenges. That’s why ShARE exists- to create a new generation of leaders who will do well for themselves and do good for the world. ShARE was founded in Warwick in 2020, applications for the 2021 academic year will open at the start of Term 1. Our class is small and aims to choose highly talented students to maximize the shared quality of learning, so students can fulfill their consulting potential. The ShARE programme begins with an online consulting training course before students go on to work on client projects with local and global start-ups and corporations. Alumni have gone on to work for McKinsey and Company, BCG and Bain as well as Blackrock, Goldman Sachs and other leading firms.
