Ploughshares Fund is a philanthropic peace and security foundation dedicated to building a world where nuclear weapons are never used again. Ploughshares Fund invests in and develops initiatives to decrease the world's nuclear stockpiles, prevent the emergence of new nuclear states, and to promote stability in regions of conflict where nuclear weapons exist. We amplify and coordinate the work of our grantees to: • Develop winning strategies that push forward the vision of a world free of nuclear weapons. • Bring together experts, analysts, lobbyists and activists to create and win shared campaigns. • Build a bipartisan legislative consensus for eliminating nuclear weapons. • Expand the public's knowledge and catalyze public support for the elimination of nuclear weapons.
