Our main areas of activity are design work and owner supervision, with a smaller amount of related activities such as project management and construction expertise. In today’s specialisation-oriented world, individuals alone cannot provide high-quality services. There’s a road on every cable and a pipe under every road. Structures as well as problems and questions related to their creation and improvement are elaborate, and require the joint brainstorming and cooperation of various specialists. There is no doubt that this can be better organised if these specialists are in the same room – i.e. in the same enterprise. Endless sub-contracting and combination is not our aim. Instead, we want to create a synergy in the form of cooperation between leading specialists. On the other hand, fundamental skills are largely universal – a person who can design can also exercise supervision and conduct surveys. This leads to our second principle – to be universal and use internal feedback to offer our customers high-level knowhow from the beginning to the end.
