The family business was created by our ancestor Vincenzo, who specialised in the production of salame, salamella and cotechino, the traditional susages of the region. Vincenzo's son, Giovanni, opened a grocery shop in Rivalta on the river Mincio, which became a well-known place in the village and vicinity. Currently, the family business is run by Vincenzo and Celestino, sons of Giovanni, who assisted by the fourth generation, Marco, have established their production facility in Rodigo (Mantua). Our products have high standards of quality and follow the traditional artisan receipes oh the Storti family, which minimise the use of food pigments and conservative additives.
