Operating as Harden Constructors, Inc., Mark and his father Garry ran the successful business together while both assumed leadership responsibilities. Mark and Garry developed HCI into a successful commercial construction company that specialized in all aspects of the commercial industries. In 2002, the partners created Trilogy Solutions Construction.
