Newsystock was acquired by DGB financial group in Aug 2021. It was the 1st case of an M&A deal that a legacy financial group acquires a fintech startup in Korea. Also, Newsystock is one of the Vice-Chair of the Korea Fintech Association, and was nominated as one of the Financial Times Highest Growth companies in APAC in 2022.
