Appleyard & Trew was established in 1969 as a Partnership of Quantity Surveyors. Whilst originally established as traditional Quantity Surveyors, additional core services now include: • Project Management • Employer’s Agent • CDM Advisers • Building Surveying • Fund Monitoring These services can be provided as stand-alone disciplines, or a combined one-stop service by qualified staff operating out of 4 offices located across the United Kingdom (Manchester, London, Harrogate and Nottingham). Current Partners and staff continue the traditions and values of the founding Partners, providing customer focussed services and solutions. The practice is medium sized within the construction industry, giving us the flexibility to provide attention to detail on smaller projects, whilst at the same time providing the resources to complete large and complex projects throughout the United Kingdom. The practice is owned by its Partners, we have no external shareholders to answer to and therefore avoid the pressures that this sometimes creates. A significant volume of our workload is obtained through repeat commissions and personal recommendation.
