Because we are firmly anchored in the companies, we are the authentic voice of German employers - in Europe and worldwide. We bring together the interests of one million companies with around 20 million employees. These companies are linked to the BDA through voluntary membership in employers' associations. We are committed to ensuring that companies in Germany can invest, drive innovation, and create jobs and training positions.
