Bridge Health Medical & Digital Solutions (BHMDS) is India's first Managed Care Service Provider (MSP). It is an integrated model of physical and digital care network providing individualized care continuum and proactive care. The mission is to support all aspects of individual wellbeing and manage health parameters proactively to avoid complications and needless expenses. Bridge Health provides annual membership-based services in India, utilizing its own inhouse core clinical care team and a consortium of pre-qualified service network through its affiliation program.
