OVERVIEW QS Private Lending, LLC underwrites short-term, first-mortgage loans on investor-owned real estate in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New Hampshire. QS has underwritten over 1,100 loans with a total value exceeding $300 million. Capital to finance the loans is provided by the QS Private Lending Fund I, LLC. For investors, the Fund provides a professionally managed vehicle to capture the high yield available on privately structured, first-mortgage loans. PRINCIPALS Ronald Mis formed the QS Private Lending Fund in 2016. A former Bain consultant and private equity investment manager, Mis earned his B.A. from Yale University and his M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School. Steven Ross established QS Private Lending in 2010. An experienced real estate attorney, Ross has structured private loans secured by real estate for over 30 years. He earned his B.A. from Cornell University and his J.D. from the Boston University Law School.
