I use strength-based coaching and somatic practices to bring the science of connecting the brain, body, mind, and spirit to support each client’s unique design. I assist clients in drawing from past accomplishments, inner strengths, and knowing to discover where they are in life and envision their best possible self personally, professionally, and socially. Similar to a GPS, you need to know your destination to develop the proper route forward.
