Sported.ae was born from a conversation about the lack of a master race calendar that put all the events and races in one place for athletes in the UAE. We already had sports brands such as Secret Training, Runderwear and Naked which we were selling from our basement but we were thinking of creating a multi-product website offering a wider range of products for endurance athletes. Sported.ae was born. Since 2018, we have grown into one of the leading platforms selling sports nutrition, sportswear and accessories for running, trail running, cycling, swimming, triathlon, hiking, obstacle course racing and other multi-sports activities. We now offer 20 leading international sports brands, a comprehensive calendar of races and multiport events taking place throughout the UAE and GCC, together with a directory of leading coaches and sports clinics. Since July 2021, we have also opened a showroom located on the first floor of Surfhouse Dubai in Umm Suqueim. Since its opening, the showroom has become a hub where the community of triathletes, runners, swimmers and cyclists meet for nutritional advice, product guidance or just to talk about their upcoming race.
