Mark Perri and Kelly Phillips started Titan Pools over a decade ago after working in the industry since 1996. The Titan team is committed to providing quality service to clients throughout Northern Virginia. We are available 24-7 for management or service questions or concerns. Throughout the past decade we have provided jobs for over 2,000 local employees and worked with students from a dozen countries cooperating with the Student Work & Travel Program.
