Even though we have a large amounts of projects that use shipping containers as the main structural element, we also do typical construction. Our goal is to have LEED applied to all our designs for maximum efficiency, adhere to minimal construction waste and allow for full transparency when at the design, planning, and construction phases. We help individuals that want to have a space of their own (residential or commercial), without the huge investment, by designing modular structures that can be built upon in the future. This gives greater flexibility to the consumer, as we can start with what is needed and add on as the opportunity shows itself. We've done projects like: bathrooms (small and large scale) for organizations in the Houston/Galveston area, homes (vacation and homestead) throughout the US, additions to existing structures, small portable pods for businesses and much more!
