I am autistic, ADHD, CPTSD, Alexithymic and I also experiences bouts of severe Anxiety, Depression and Panic disorder. However, because I so effectively hide my autism and suppress my support needs by pretending I am fine, I am just now healing and learning how to properly self-care and listen to my inner voice, finding true work-life balance.
