BEDI is a concept borne out of the desire for balance – to create pieces that are grounded in good design whilst contributing to the circular economy. Our ethos of ‘Create Clean’ is one that is all-encompassing: from the materials we source, to the overall aesthetic of each individual piece, and finally, to create a solution once an item has reached the end of its present life. The result is a slow collection that is utilitarian with an inherent beauty in details; made in Canada to have a positive impact on our planet.  The founder, Inder Bedi, began his journey at the crossroads of fashion and sustainability in 1995 with his founding of MATT & NAT. This is a continuation of a journey started over two decades ago- to attain the perfect balance of design coupled with positive impact.
