Instead of a traditional MBTI training session, we offer a game-like experience and take your teammembers out of their comfort zone and their daily workcontext. Throughout this experience, the different personalities will surface and team members will start to understand their own preferences and personality traits. Our MBTI workshops take 1 full day. After the game experience, we offer the team a full MBTI step 1 workshop during which every team member discovers in a fun and dynamic way their own profile and the profiles of their team members.
