The Zincton Project is a collective of forward thinking Kootenay professionals dedicated to co-designing and building Climate Neutral backcountry ecotourism opportunities in the Goat Pass. We want to leave this place better than we found it. We joined ‘1% for the Planet’ environmental action organization to divert 1% of ski revenue to study and remediate the contaminated Retallack mining district so we can clean up and revitalize the wildlife habitat and seasonal migration corridor.
