Stefano was born in Florence, Italy and moved with Melanie to Chicago 5 years ago, let’s call it “crazy, stupid, love” but that is where the culinary journey began… Casati’s Modern Italian is named a neighborhood “gem” by local diners has meshed light, fresh, and healthy food traditions of Florence into an array of dishes that excites and fills the bellies of all of our lovely neighbors.
