Marathon Food Industries (MFI) is a multi disciplined food manufacturing business. The purpose built manufacturing and frozen storage facility is based in Melbourne Australia. Founded in 1963, MFI is the largest manufacturer of Spring Rolls and Dim Sims in Australia. Our large, modern and efficient factory is installed with the latest overseas technology from Europe and Japan. In some instances, machinery has been designed and built “in house” to ensure we exceed world standards of production, hygiene and sanitation. Since inception, MFI has continued to source locally grown produce wherever possible. Throughout the years Marathon Foods has worked closely with Aussie Farmers thus building strong relationships to ensure quality and continuity of supply throughout the year.
