Shire & Wold is a boutique domestic staffing agency which was founded in 2021 by our Managing Director Zoe Jackson. Prior to setting up Shire & Wold Zoe was a Senior Consultant within a leading Household Recruitment Agency and has a background supporting UHNWs both within a Family Office setting and within their private residences, including in house recruitment. Whilst we may be new on the block we are actually old hats at what we do and like to think we know a thing or two about getting the ‘fit’ right for both our Clients and Candidates. We only recruit outside of London, primarily in the ‘Shires’ and are conveniently located on the edge of the Cotswolds.
