Kids Without Cancer is a 501c3 registered charitable organization that funds pediatric cancer research at Children's Hospital of Michigan, the Karmanos Cancer Institute and Wayne State University. This is a volunteer-run organization that was started in 1981 by a group of parents with one thing in common - they all had kids in cancer treatment at Children's Hospital of Michigan. Unwilling to sit by as their children and other children suffered, this incredible group started raising funds to find a cure.
